Author Guidline

 

Authors are invited to submit original and high-quality manuscripts to DWIN Journal: Journal of Digital Wisdom, Informatics and Networks. All manuscripts must be prepared using the official DWIN Journal Manuscript Template and must comply with the journal's Focus and Scope, Publication Ethics, and editorial policies.

General Requirements

  • Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by another journal.

  • Manuscripts must be written in clear academic English.

  • Authors must prepare their manuscripts using the official DWIN Journal Manuscript Template without modifying the prescribed format and styles.

  • Original research articles should normally contain approximately 5,000–8,000 words, including tables, figures, and references.

  • The Abstract should contain 150–250 words and be followed by 3–5 keywords arranged alphabetically.

  • DWIN Journal uses APA 7th Edition for citations and references. Authors are strongly encouraged to use reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote.

  • Manuscripts must be anonymized for the double-blind peer review process. Author names, affiliations, email addresses, acknowledgements, and other identifying information should be removed from the review manuscript.

  • Complete and accurate author information must be entered separately in the OJS submission metadata.

  • Authors must provide relevant statements regarding Acknowledgements/Funding, Generative AI Disclosure, Data Availability, Author Contributions, and Conflict of Interest, where applicable.

Manuscript Preparation

Detailed instructions concerning manuscript structure, formatting, headings, tables, figures, equations, algorithms, citations, references, and required declarations are provided in the official DWIN Journal Manuscript Template.

Authors are strongly advised to prepare their manuscripts directly using the official template to ensure consistency and facilitate the editorial, review, and production processes.

Submission

Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the DWIN Journal Online Submission System. Submissions that do not follow the official manuscript template, journal scope, or essential requirements may be returned to the authors for correction before entering the peer review process.
